The characteristics of linear bearings are lightweight, corrosion resistance, interchangeability and low cost. But many people do not know what to do before installing linear bearings, installation and use of what to pay attention to? The following bearing micro letter platform will share with you the six installation steps of linear bearings.

 

　　1、在安裝直線軸承之前必須先清除機(jī)械安裝面的毛邊、污物及表面?zhèn)?。直線軸承涂有防銹油，安裝前請用清洗油類將基準(zhǔn)面洗凈后再安裝，通?；鶞?zhǔn)面清除防銹油后易生銹，建議用潤滑油涂抹黏度較低的主軸。

 

　　1, before installing linear bearings, remove the burrs, dirt and surface marks of the mechanical installation surfaces. Linear bearings are coated with rust-proof oil. Please clean the base plane before installation and install it again. Usually the base plane is easy to rust after removing rust-proof oil. It is recommended to apply lubricating oil to the spindle with low viscosity.

 

　　2、將用直線軸承輕輕安置在床臺(tái)上，使用側(cè)向固定螺絲或其他固定治具使線軌與側(cè)向安裝面輕輕貼合。安裝使用前要確認(rèn)螺絲孔是否吻合，假設(shè)底座加工孔不吻合又強(qiáng)行鎖緊螺栓，會(huì)大大影響組合精度與使用品質(zhì)。

 

　　2. Place the linear bearing gently on the bed table, and use the lateral fixing screw or other fixing fixtures to make the track slightly fit the lateral mounting surface. Before installation and use, it is necessary to confirm whether the screw holes are in conformity with each other. Assuming that the machining holes of the base do not match and the bolts are locked forcibly, the combination accuracy and the use quality will be greatly affected.

 

　　3、由中央向兩側(cè)按順序?qū)⒅本€軸承的定位螺絲旋緊，使軌道與垂直安裝面貼合，由中央位置開始向兩端迫緊可以得到較穩(wěn)定的精度。垂直基準(zhǔn)面稍旋緊后，加強(qiáng)側(cè)向基準(zhǔn)面的鎖緊力，使直線軸承能夠切實(shí)貼合側(cè)向基準(zhǔn)面。

 

　　3. Tighten the positioning screw of the linear bearing in order from the center to both sides, so that the track fits with the vertical mounting surface, and tighten from the center position to both ends can obtain a more stable precision. After the vertical datum is tightened slightly, the locking force of the lateral datum is strengthened, so that the linear bearing can effectively fit the lateral datum.

 

　　4、使用扭力扳手依照各種材質(zhì)一一鎖緊扭矩，將直線軸承滑軌的定位螺絲慢慢旋緊。

 

　　4. Use the torque wrench to lock the torque one by one according to various materials, and slowly tighten the positioning screw of the linear bearing slideway.

 

　　5、使用相同安裝方式安裝副軌，且個(gè)別安裝滑座至主軌與副軌上。注意滑座安裝上線性滑軌后，后續(xù)許多附屬件由于安裝空間有限無法安裝，必須于此階段將所須附件一并安裝。

 

　　5, install the auxiliary rail with the same installation method, and install the slide seat to the main rail and the auxiliary rail individually. Note that after installing the linear slideway on the slide seat, many subsequent accessories can not be installed due to the limited installation space, and the necessary accessories must be installed together at this stage.

 

　　6、輕輕安置移動(dòng)平臺(tái)到直線軸承主軌與副軌的滑座上，然后鎖緊移動(dòng)平臺(tái)上的側(cè)向迫緊螺絲，安裝定位后即可完成。

 

　　6. Place the moving platform gently on the sliding seat of the main rail and the auxiliary rail of the linear bearing, then lock the lateral tightening screw on the moving platform, and the installation and positioning can be completed.
