對(duì)NTN軸承設(shè)備的定期檢修、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及外圍零件更換時(shí)被拆卸下來(lái)的NTN軸承進(jìn)行檢查時(shí)，需要依次判斷次NTN軸承零件是否可再次使用和記錄使用情況的好于壞。還要要仔細(xì)調(diào)查和記錄被拆下來(lái)的NTN軸承和外觀情況。為了弄清和調(diào)查潤(rùn)滑劑的剩余量，取樣以后，要很好地清洗一下NTN軸承。

 

　　When inspecting the NTN bearings which are dismantled during the periodic maintenance, operation and peripheral parts replacement of NTN bearing equipment, it is necessary to judge whether the secondary NTN bearing parts can be reused and to record the use of good or bad. 　　其次檢查NTN軸承的滾道面，滾動(dòng)面和配合面的狀況以及保持架的磨損狀態(tài)等有無(wú)損傷和異常情況特別是要觀察滾道面的運(yùn)行軌跡。判斷NTN軸承可否再次使用，要在考慮NTN軸承損傷的程度，機(jī)器性能、重要性、運(yùn)行條件、檢查周期等以后再來(lái)決定。

 

　　Secondly, inspect the raceway surface of NTN bearing, the condition of rolling surface and mating surface, and the wear condition of cage, especially observe the track of raceway surface. Whether NTN bearings can be reused or not should be decided after considering the degree of damage of NTN bearings, machine performance, importance, operating conditions, inspection period and so on.

 

　　檢查結(jié)果，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)NTN軸承有損傷和異常情況時(shí)，請(qǐng)按照NTN軸承損傷的現(xiàn)象查明原因，制定對(duì)策。另外，檢查結(jié)果，如果有下面幾種缺陷的話，NTN軸承就不能再用了，需要更換新的NTN軸承。

 

　　Inspection results, if found NTN bearing damage and abnormal circumstances, please according to the phenomenon of NTN bearing damage to identify the causes, formulate countermeasures. 　　b.內(nèi)外圈、滾動(dòng)體其中任何一個(gè)有剝離的。

 

　　B. inside and outside, rolling body, any of which is stripped.

 

　　c.滾道面、擋邊、滾動(dòng)體有顯著卡傷的。

 

　　C. raceway, edge and rolling body are significantly damaged.

 

　　d.保持架的磨損嚴(yán)重或鉚釘松動(dòng)厲害的。

 

　　D.The cage is worn seriously or the rivet is loose.

 

　　e.滾道面、滾動(dòng)體生銹和有傷痕的。

 

　　E.The raceway surface and the rolling body are rusty and scarred.

 

　　f.滾動(dòng)面、滾動(dòng)體上有顯著壓痕和打痕的。

 

　　F.There are significant indentation and mark on rolling surface and rolling body.

 

　　g.內(nèi)圈內(nèi)徑面或外圈外徑上有蠕變的。

 

　　G.The inner diameter of the inner ring or outer ring has creep.

 

　　h.過(guò)熱變色厲害的。

 

　　H.Excessive heat discolouration.

 

　　i.潤(rùn)滑脂密封NTN軸承的密封圈和防塵蓋破損來(lái)嚴(yán)重的。

 

　　I. grease seal NTN bearing ring and dust cover are badly damaged.
