滾道聲是由于NTN軸承旋轉(zhuǎn)時滾動體在滾道中滾動而激發(fā)出一種平穩(wěn)且連續(xù)性的噪聲，只有當(dāng)其聲壓級或聲調(diào)極大時才引起人們注意。

a.噪聲、振動具有隨機(jī)性；

滾動聲產(chǎn)生在于受到載荷后的套圈固有振動所致。由于套圈和滾動體的彈性接觸構(gòu)成非線性振動系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)潤滑或加工精度不高時就會激發(fā)與此彈性特征有關(guān)的固有振動，傳遞到空氣中則變?yōu)樵肼?。眾所周知，即使是采用了?dāng)代高超的制造技術(shù)加工NTN軸承零件，其工作表面總會存在程度不一的微小幾何誤差，從而使?jié)L道與滾動體間產(chǎn)生微小波動激發(fā)振動系統(tǒng)固有振動。
