FAG調(diào)心球軸承是一種帶球面外圈滾道的雙列軸承。其調(diào)心能力可以對對中誤差，軸變形和軸承座變形進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償。調(diào)心球軸承內(nèi)孔可以是圓柱也可以是圓錐，軸承不可拆分。

　　FAG aligning ball bearing is a double row bearing with raceway with spherical outer ring. Its aligning ability can compensate for the middle error, shaft deformation and bearing seat deformation. The inner hole of the aligning ball bearing can be either a cylinder or a cone, and the bearing can not be split.

 

　　FAG調(diào)心球軸承性能（FAG aligning ball bearing performance）：

 

　　在合適的工作條件下，F(xiàn)AG軸承的轉(zhuǎn)速有可能高于參考轉(zhuǎn)速，但不高于極限轉(zhuǎn)速。在確定熱允許轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)，應(yīng)充分考慮特殊工作環(huán)境的影響。如果參考轉(zhuǎn)速值高于相應(yīng)的極限轉(zhuǎn)速，則應(yīng)選取較低的數(shù)值。由于接觸式密封軸承（后綴.2RSR)的轉(zhuǎn)速受到其密封件的允許滑動(dòng)速度所限。

 

　　Under suitable operating conditions, FAG bearing speed may be higher than the reference speed, but not higher than the limit speed. When determining the heat permissible speed, the influence of the special working environment should be fully considered. If the reference speed is higher than the corresponding limit speed, a lower value should be selected. The rotational speed of the contact seal bearing (suffix.2RSR) is limited by the allowable slip speed of its seals.

 

　　FAG調(diào)心球軸承保持架（FAG aligning ball bearing cage:）：

 

　　調(diào)心球軸承采用玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)型聚酰胺（尼龍）的代號為TV.，黃銅保持架為M（軸承外徑小于400保持架一般為黃銅車制實(shí)體式，軸承外徑大于400的FCDP型一般為鋼制穿FAG圓錐滾子軸承FAG圓錐滾子軸承桿式(亦稱柱銷形，因可裝入更多的滾子而比用黃銅車制實(shí)體式保持架的承載能力大)。

 

　　Core aligning ball bearings are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide (Nylon) codenamed TV. Brass cages are M (bearing diameter less than 400 cages are generally made of brass truck solid type. FCDP type bearings with bearing diameter greater than 400 are generally made of steel through FAG tapered roller bearing FAG tapered roller bearing rod type (also known as column pin type), because it can be mounted more. Many rollers are larger than those made of brass ones.

 

　　FAG調(diào)心球軸承結(jié)構(gòu)類型（FAG aligning ball bearing structural type）：

 

　　四列圓柱滾子軸承有四種基本結(jié)構(gòu)類型如下圖示（The four row cylindrical roller bearings have four basic structural types as follows）:

 

　　FC型:(一個(gè)內(nèi)圈)四列圓柱滾子軸承。

 

　　Type FC: (one inner ring) four row cylindrical roller bearing.

 

　　FCE型:FC型的改進(jìn)型，外圈無中擋邊(滾子長度加長)，保持架為窗式結(jié)構(gòu)，可使承載能力較FC型高20%左右，因此也稱加強(qiáng)型。

 

　　FCE type: FC type improved, the outer ring without middle edge (roller length lengthening), cage for the window structure, can make the load bearing capacity of about 20% higher than FC type, therefore also known as reinforced type.

 

　　FCD型:雙內(nèi)圈四列圓柱滾子軸承。

 

　　Type FCD: double inner ring four row cylindrical roller bearing.

 

　　FCDP型:外圈帶平擋圈的雙內(nèi)圈四列圓柱滾子軸承。

 

　　Type FCDP: double row inner ring four row cylindrical roller bearing with outer ring and flat retaining ring.

 

　　基本結(jié)構(gòu)的四列圓柱滾子軸承其外圈與FCDP型的隔圈的外徑徑向均有潤滑油槽、油。

 

　　Four row cylindrical roller bearings with basic structure have lubricating oil grooves and oil grooves in the radial diameters of outer rings and FCDP diaphragms.
